This Kanro Ame tin is from the city of Yugawara, Kanagawa. Like many municipalities in Japan, Yugawara has many akiya<\/em>, and they are a problem. What sets this city apart, however, is their novel akiya<\/em>-related services! As a result of those services, we bring you this and other products.<\/p>\n As of October 2021, Yugawara started official akiya<\/em> Pick-a-Parts, in part thanks to the \u6e6f\u6cb3\u539f\u771f\u9db4\u71b1\u6d77\u4ea4\u6d41\u4f1a<\/a> Facebook group. These events are excellent examples of what can be done to help sell akiya<\/em>, and we gladly participate.<\/p>\n How does this help sell\u00a0akiya<\/em>? Great question! Often enough, vacant or abandoned houses still contain various possessions inside. This means that someone<\/em> needs to clean them up, usually a disposal contractor, which can cost between \u00a5200,000 – \u00a5500,000. Understandably, not everyone wants to pay for this. As a result,\u00a0akiya<\/em> remain unclean, and are harder to sell.<\/p>\n To address this, Yugawara had the smart idea of inviting the public in to take whatever they like!<\/p>\n This unique Kanro Ame tin originated from an akiya<\/em> in the Miyakami district of Yugawara, Kanagawa Prefecture<\/a>.
